Office of Medical Examiner -Additional Forensic Pathologists, Medicolegal Death Investigators, Forensic Photographers for caseload growth increase by $2,549,250 for a new estimated amount of $2,964,250 Public Fiduciary -Personnel and supplies for increased caseloads and support for vulnerable populations estimated at $2,380,000 County Attorney -Diversion Programming estimated at $3,530,000 -Criminal Case Staffing estimated at $2,303,753 Public Defender -Criminal Case Staffing estimated at $3,994,827 Human Services -Homelessness Shelter and Services increase by $6,966,898 for a new estimated amount of $11,966,898 Adult Probation -Hazard Pay estimated at $27,680 (C-95-22-026-X-00)

COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACTS FOR SAGE COUNSELING, INC AND AVERTEST LLC, DBA AVERHEALTH Approve the use of competition impracticable contracts (CI) for two (2) years and ten months, until December 31, 2024, with a one (1) year renewal option with Sage Counseling, Inc. for the following five diversion programs and contract amounts; Felony Diversion Program( FDP) - $1,900,000, Animal Cruelty Diversion Program(ACD) - $5,000, Justice Court Diversion Program(JCD)- $500,000, Tobacco Education Program - $20,000 and the Domestic Violence excessive Response Program(DVER)- $60,000. Also, approve a competition impracticable contract (CI) for two (2) years and ten months, until December 31, 2024, with a one (1) year renewal option with Avertest LLC, dba Averhealth in the amount $300,000 to provide testing services for various diversion programs for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO). COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH AVERTEST LLC, DBA AVERHEALTH Approve the use of a competition impracticable contract (CI) for two (2) years and six months, until December 31, 2026, with Avertest LLC, dba Averhealth, in the amount of $685,000 to provide testing services for various diversion programs for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO). The diversion programs will be utilizing approved ARPA funding (C-95-22-026-X-00).
