AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) EXPENDITURE APPROVAL AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS Approve the following uses of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding consistent with the Board of Supervisors approved priorities. Assistant County Manager -Reduce Behavioral Health evaluation and treatment pilot project by $1,041,147 for a new estimated amount of $1,558,853 Clerk of the Court -Behavioral Health evaluation and treatment pilot project estimated at $68,762 County Attorney -Behavioral Health evaluation and treatment pilot project estimated at $205,711 Public Advocate -Behavioral Health evaluation and treatment pilot project estimated at $349,153 Superior Court -Behavioral Health evaluation and treatment pilot project estimated at $417,521 In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to revenue and expenditure authority in FY 2023 for the Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the following departments: Assistant County Manager (D950): ($1,041,147) Clerk of the Court (D160): $68,762 County Attorney (D190): $205,711 Public Advocate (D570): $349,153 Superior Court (D800): $417,521 Additionally, in accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments in FY 2023 for the Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) for the Gila Bend Sewer program approved on 8/18/2021 on agenda C-95-22-052-X-00: Increase the revenue and expenditure authority for Assistant County Manager (D950) Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $500,000. Decrease the revenue and expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $500,000. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the Budget Law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-95-23-018-X-00)
