APPOINTMENT OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBER Appoint Grenee Martacho-Celuch , Chief Executive Officer, Concord General Contracting to the Small Business Category OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, effective upon approval through June 30, 2025. Ms. Martacho-Celuch would fill the vacant small business category, due to the recent resignation of former Maricopa County Workforce Development Board Member Collin Stewart. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves the appointments, reappointments and accepts the resignations of MCWDB members. Supervisory District: All Districts (C-95-22-057-X-00)
