MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBERS Approval of the following actions regarding the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) as set forth below: 1. Re-appointment of Shawn Hutchinson, Training Director with the Phoenix Electrical JATC within the Labor Organization position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025. 2. Re-appointment of Tina Drews, Talent Management Director with the Salt River Project within the Apprenticeship position of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves the appointments, reappointments and accepts the resignations of MCWDB members. Supervisory District: All Districts (C-95-22-069-X-00)
