30. APPOINTMENT OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBERS Appoint the following to the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board: 1. Noelle Trinder, Health Careers Senior Director, Banner Health to the Business Category OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, effective upon approval through June 30, 2025. 2. Konrad Robichaud, RN Director of Clinical Education, Banner Health to the Business Category OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, effective upon approval through June 30, 2025. 3. Darcy Renfro, Vice-Chancell or of Community, Government Relations and Economic Development, Maricopa County Community College District to the Education and Training Category OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, effective upon approval through June 30, 2025. 4. Dr. Jose ph Veres , Vice President, Grand Canyon University to the Education and Training Category OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, effective upon approval through June 30, 2025. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance w ith the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority.
