18. MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBER TERMINATION Approval for the following actions regarding the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) as set forth below: 1. Accept the termination of Steve Navis (Workforce Outreach Manager, Arizona Builders Alliance) in the Workforce category of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board due to lack of attendance per the MCWDB Bylaws. The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves the appointments, and reappointments and accepts the resignations of MCWDB members. Supervisory District: All Districts (C-95-24-000-X-00)
