When case Z-85-25-4 was presented to our Committee, we did not have a quorum and therefore could not take an official vote. However, after reviewing the presentation and reading the materials provided, I would like to state for the record that I am in support of the proposal. I believe it will benefit our community by adding much-needed housing at an important economic level, and by helping to stimulate growth in an area that has remained vacant for far too long.
