Agenda Item #6: Additionally we support Pedro’s Mexican Food’s initiation of HP Overlay Zoning. Agenda Item #7: Preserve Phoenix supports the historic overlay zoning for Roosevelt Park Grocery. Agenda Item #8: Once more, we fully support the historic overlay zoning for Emmanuel Church of God in Christ! Agenda Item #4: Because our board may not be able to attend the Missing Middle presentation, we would like to request any updates or conversation related to historic properties and the effect of the Missing Middle Housing Law. We understand that this law will go into effect by 2026, but ask if there is anything that the city can do or the HP commission can recommend to ease the effect on Phoenix’s historic neighborhoods?
