The South 10 feet of Glenrosa Avenue lying immediately North of and 
adjoining the North line of Lot 2, Block 1, PETERS VIEW TRACT, 
according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder 
of Maricopa County, Arizona, in Book 30 of Maps at page 23, bounded on 
the West by the Northerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot 2, 
and on the East by the Northerly prolongation of the East line of said 
Lot 2;  
 
EXCEPT an easement lying within the North 5.00 feet thereof for 
sidewalk purposes; and  
 
EXCEPT an easement lying within the North 3.00 feet thereof for 
public utility, with maintenance access, within which no structure of 
any kind shall be constructed or placed except utility installations, 
wooden, wire or removable section type fencing and/or paving, nor 
shall any vegetation be planted therein except grass.  The City of 
Phoenix shall not be required to repair or replace any obstruction, 
paving or vegetation that becomes damaged or must be removed during 
the course of required construction, reconstruction, maintenance or 
repair.
