approximately 200 feet from the 816 S. 3 Avenue (the address of the applicant.} We support the Historic Preservation
overlay zoning of the building. If needed we would be happy to share our support to the Central City Village planning
committee.
{ would be interested in learning more about the historical past of the Montgomery Addition, today known as Grant Park
neighborhood. There are so many buildings built in the late 19th century and the early 20th Century that are threatened
to be razed or modified without concern of their historical value to our City.
