Due to another committment, I will not be "attending" the Phoenix Planning Commission meeting tonight regarding the above location and do not know if anyone else will be representing Village Meadows. Village Meadows concerns remain the same especially the increase traffic on N. 21st Ave. Otherwise, the majority of residents are on board with the new car dealership by Howard A. Keyes Trust. If you would like, please express the above at the meeting tonight. And, if possible and when you have time, could you please let me know how the meeting progressed on this application.
