ANNEXATION PARCEL DESCRIPTION

A portion of the South half of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 1 North, Range 2 East of the Gila and
Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona being more particularly
described as follows;

COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Section 35, monumented with a
Maricopa County Department of Transportation brass cap in handhole which bears
North 89 degrees 48 minutes 42 seconds East 2643.84 feet from the South quarter
corner of said Section 35, monumented with a brass cap in handhole;

Thence along the South line of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, South 89
degrees 48 minutes 42 seconds West 570.03 feet to a point on a line 570.00 feet
West of, and parallel with, the East line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 35;
