Attachment A CITY OF PHOENIX LAW DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQu) OUTSIDE COUNSEL LEGAL SERVICES RFQu-LAW23-0084 AWARD RECOMMENDATION The City of Phoenix Law Department would like to thank all participants for submitting proposals for the above-mentioned RFQ. The City Attorney’s Office issued a request for qualifications from lawyers, law firms and consultants to provide outside counsel services to the City in numerous, selected legal areas on an as-needed basis as determined by the City Attorney.
