& Z-136-24-Y (ORDINANCE G-7321)

Items 77 & 78 are a request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning
Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning
Applications Z-TA-3-24-Y & Z-136-24-Y and rezone the area from various underlying
Zoning districts to various underlying zoning districts with the Adaptive Reuse and Multi-
Family Overlay District to map boundaries for the Adaptive Reuse and Multi-Family
Overlay District (Z-TA-3-24-Y). This is a companion case and must be heard following Z-
TA-3-24-Y.

Staff recommends continuing these items to the November 20, 2024, City Council Formal

meeting to allow for additional discussions between staff, the Mayor, and City Council
offices.
