Attachment B 2 Planning and Development Department July 11, 2025 Consolidated Abandonment Staff Report: ABND 250012 Project# 99-34268 District: 6 Location: 1212 North 52nd Street Applicant: Hunter Engineering / Thomas Hoff Request: To abandon portions of three drainage easements as shown within Lot 1 of the final plat for “Park 52 at 202” that was recorded in Book 1776 of Maps, Page 37, Maricopa County Records. Purpose of request: The applicant states that storm drain system does not covey public runoff. The system will only convey private runoff generated onsite; therefore, the drainage easements are no longer necessary. 3 4 City Staff Comments: PDD Civil Reviewer – Roxanne Tapia Recommend approval, without stipulations. Water Services Dept – Leticia Saenz WSD has NO stipulations for this drainage easement abandonment. Site Planning – Dru Maynus Recommend approval. The request of abandonment ABND 250012 is conditionally approved and will be forwarded to City Council for formal adoption and recordation. This conditional approval has been reviewed and approved.
