To abandon a flag-shaped drainage 
easement that totals 2,867 square feet and 
is located on a property at 3806 East 
Beverly Road. 
 
 
Purpose of request:  
The applicant states existing drainage 
easement runs from south to north, directly 
through the center of the lot making the lot 
undevelopable. The applicant proposes to 
abandon a portion of the easement to 
dedicate a new portion on the east side of 
the property to preserve drainage and 
improve the lot.
