ATTACHMENT A THIS IS A DRAFT COPY ONLY AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF THE FINAL, ADOPTED RESOLUTION RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2015 GENERAL PLAN FOR PHOENIX, APPLICATION GPA-LV-1-24-8, CHANGING THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PARCEL DESCRIBED HEREIN. ____________ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX, as follows: SECTION 1. The 2015 Phoenix General Plan, which was adopted by Resolution 21307, is hereby amended by adopting GPA-LV-1-24-8. The 153.86 acres located at the southeast corner of 59th Avenue and Southern Avenue is designated as 41.02 acres of Residential 3.5 to 5 dwelling units per acre, 24.14 acres of Residential 5 to 10 dwelling units per acre, and 88.70 acres of Parks/Open Space – Privately Owned. SECTON 2. The Planning and Development Director is instructed to modify the 2015 Phoenix General Plan to reflect this land use classification change as shown below: -2- Resolution PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 2nd day of October 2024.
