Page 1 of 2 AMENDMENT NUMBER 2TO MARICOPA COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE HOME DETENTION ELECTRONIC MONITORING SERVICES CONTRACT WHEREAS, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO) and Sentinel Offender Services,the "Contractor,”hereinafter “the parties,” entered into a contract effective August 5, 2020, for the Contractor to provide Home Detention Monitoring Services; WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to amend the terms of the contract as stated below: THEREFORE: 1.0. The Contractor shall provide drug testing services for defendants ordered to home detention for those cases when required by a Maricopa County Justice Court order or other applicable order. 2.0. This Agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature to this Agreement and shall continue until August 30, 2023 (the “Term”) unless terminated by either Party in accordance herewith. When fully executed and approved by MCAO, this Agreement will supersede the existing agreement and will be effective from the date of such approval until August 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged by this Amendment. IN WITNESS WHEREOF: 1.
