between Maricopa County on Behalf of the Maricopa County 
Sheriff’s Office and Arizona Department of Public Safety

This Amendment 1 to memorandum (MOU) is entered into this by and between Maricopa County ("County"), a 
political subdivision of the State of Arizona, on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff and Arizona Department of 
Public Safety (AZDPS). 
 
Recitals 
Maricopa County ("County") on behalf of Maricopa County Sheriff ("MCSO") entered into an MOU with AZDPS 
on May 31, 2022 for a one-year term, through the date of the last signature, to allow storage of a LENCO BearCat 
and Rook Armored Vehicle at MCSO’s SWAT Storage Barn. 
 
Parties wish to extend the term through June 30, 2024. 
 
Amendment 
Section 5. is amended as follows: 
 
5.a. 
The Initial Term of this agreement is one two years from the last date of signature on the last page of this 
 
MOU.    
 
5.b.
