VPC DISCUSSION & RECOMMENDED STIPULATIONS: 
One speaker card was submitted in opposition, wishing to speak. 
Mr. Bednarek, staff, deferred his presentation to allow for the applicant to speak. 
Mr. Moses Eason, the applicant, requested that the item be continued to a date 
uncertain to allow for more time to gather feedback from the community.  
Mr. Keyser asked if the applicant will have to update their notice and sign. 
Mr. Bednarek answered that yes, the applicant will have to update their notices when 
they have a firm date to return to the Village Planning Committee.  
MOTION:   
Committee member Mr. Jak Keyser motioned to approve the request to continue the 
item to a date uncertain. Mr. Charles Jones seconded the motion.
