Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 16-558(A), an irrigation district may conduct its board of directors 
elections by mail ballot if the governing board of the district obtains approval from the board of 
supervisors of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the call of election. White 
Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60 hereby requests permission from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors 
to conduct mail ballot elections for the 2024 White Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60 election of directors, as 
well as all subsequent elections until further notice from White Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60.
