Modification of Stipulation case PHO-2-22--Z-47-17-8 is a request to modify stipulations for a 5.12-acre parcel located approximately 130 feet north of the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and Latona Lane for a proposed single family residential. This request is to continue the item to December 7, 2022, in order to allow applicant to coordinate and address any questions and concerns with the council members. Staff recommends continuing this item to the December 7, 2022 City Council Formal meeting.
