Dear Reader. 
Please note my strong objection to the high-elevation, high-density PUD proposal Z-18-23-8 for this 
site.  Adding such a project in this location significantly changes the character of that neighborhood, including 
eliminating mountain views for hundreds of homes, thus lowering their property values.  It also impacts ease of 
movement through the area for surrounding neighborhoods.  The increased traffic and burden on infrastructure 
will be more than the benefit.  The PUD process is not at all conducive to preserving neighborhoods.  Stop this 
high-density, high-rise trend in Phoenix.
