The Alhambra Village Planning Committee recommended approval by an 11-0 vote on April 25, 2023. The Planning Hearing Officer recommended approval with modification and an additional stipulation on April 25, 2023. The Planning Commission recommended approval, per the Planning Hearing officer recommendation by a 6-0 vote on October 5, 2023. Staff recommends withdrawing this item from the November 1, 2023, Formal agenda and scheduling it for public hearing on December 6, 2023, to allow for readvertising and posting of the property.
