VPC DISCUSSION:
STAFF PRESENTATION: 
Sarah Stockham, staff, provided an overview of the proposal, describing the location of 
the request, land use designation, surrounding zoning and uses, and the existing and 
proposed zoning districts. Ms. Stockham reviewed the project proposal including its site 
plan and stated that staff recommends approval subject to stipulations as presented.  
Chair Swart expressed his condolences to Mr. Greathouse on the recent passing of Mr. 
Dan Cracchiolo, founding member of his law firm Burch & Cracchiolo. Mr. Greathouse 
thanked Chair Swart for his kind words.  
APPLICANT PRESENTATION: 
Brian Greathouse, representing the applicant with Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., 
introduced himself and chose to forgo his presentation, stating that staff’s presentation 
was sufficient.

Barry Paceley motioned to recommend approval of Z-23-22-8 per staff 
recommendation. Dan Rush seconded.  
 
VOTE: 
 
16-0; motion to recommend of approval Z-23-22-8 per the staff recommendation passes 
with Committee Members Abbot, Bayless, Beckerleg Thraen, Czerwinski, Crawford, 
Eichelkraut, Jurayeva, Miller, Nye, O’Malley, Paceley, Rush, Sharaby, Tribken, 
Fischbach, and Swart in support.
