I wanted to write to express my support of the proposed Casa Del Rey 
development, Re. Case No. Z-19-21-8, located at 24th St and the 202.  I own a 24-
unit apartment complex down the street at 2232 E. Roosevelt St and am invested 
in the area just like you. I believe a financial investment in our community of this 
magnitude will support property owners, business, and local residents and make 
the area even more desirable.  
Please join me in voting in support of this project to help revitalize our 
community.

My name is Brandon Pfannenstiel and I own a house at 2206 E. Portland St. I am in full support 
of the proposed Casa Del Rey development located at 24th St and the 202.  I heard about this 
project and reached out to the developers to express my support for this project. I believe this 
project will clean up a site that has been a blighted infill piece of dirt for a very long time. This 
gated community will also decrease the amount of people who have chosen to illegally camp 
and dump on the site.  
 
I believe this proposed development will increase the property values in this community and 
make this a more desirable location for additional development that is sure to follow.

Me gustarfa registrar mi apoyo a la Casa Del Rey proyecto que se propane para la esquina
suroeste de la calle 24 y loop 202. Estey de acuerdo con cada una de las siguientes
declaraciones.

Creo que esta es una soluci6n positiva y apropiada para esta propiedad vacante que
proporcionara un servicio para los residentes de la comunidad.

El lote de tierra existente es una llaga en los ojos y ha demostrado ser diffcil de
desarrollar dadas las varias parcelas y los usuarios de tierra aprobados. 
•
Los apartamentos a precio de mercado son un uso apropiado para esta ubicaci6n y
proporcionaran viviendas muy necesarias en una ubicaci6n muy deseable.

Este disefio def proyecto es atractivo, un amplio amortiguador paisajistico sera un
beneficio para los vecinos adyacentes.
