City Staff Comments and Recommendations:

PDD Civil Reviewer — Travis Tomich
“Recommend Approval of this drainage easement. It has been determined the drainage
easement is not required and does not manage any storm water flow for the following reasons:

1. Historic flow has previously been from NE to SW but the construction of the 101 freeway
has addressed collection and management of storm water for the area.

2. The drainage easement to the north feeding the drainage easement to be abandoned
has already been abandoned. See RES 19971.”
