Request to abandon: To abandon drainage easement FN 190070, recording number with Maricopa County Recorder’s office, 2019-1035710 and FN 190010, recording number with Maricopa County Recorder’s office, 2019- 0430679. Purpose of request: The applicant states: the storm drains in private drives of Union Street, 22nd Avenue, and 22nd Lane, are private and no longer will require a public drainage easement. 3 City Staff Comments and Recommendations PDD Civil Reviewer: Recommend approval PDD Planner: No comment received. No planting except grass and/or approved ground cover shall be placed within the easement.
