- 1 - S-##### ATTACHMENT A THIS IS A DRAFT COPY ONLY AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF THE FINAL, ADOPTED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE S-##### AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE CAPITAL FUNDS BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The schedule set forth as Section 2 below is hereby adopted as the tentative 2022-23 Capital Funds Budget for capital improvements to be made from authorized property tax and revenue supported bond proceeds, nonprofit corporation bond financing, federal and state participation funds, passenger facility charges, customer facility charges, participation by other governmental entities in certain projects, development impact fees, capital grants, capital reserves, solid waste remediation funds and other capital funding sources, for the year beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023. SECTION 2. This Council has determined and adopted the following estimates of proposed Capital expenditure improvements for the various purposes therein named for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.
