VPC DISCUSSION & RECOMMENDED STIPULATIONS

Mr. David Simmons, staff, went over the request to include the Hillside
easement line adjustment, the single-family lot 9 is the only lot included in the
request and the objective was to expand a building envelop to accommodate a
custom home. Mr. Simmons also explained to the committee that this is the first
level of request needed to achieve the applicants objective. Two separate review
and approval processes will be required if the PHO approves this request.

Mr. Daniel Istrate, applicant, went over the request highlighting the need for the
easement line to be adjusted to accommodate the custom home footprint.
Further, he acknowledged the other two reviews required t achieve the end goal
due to hillside constraints.

Mr. Mark Davenport stated that the request looks fine and is ready to make a
motion.
