02/01/2022 – List of parcels “State held” by tax deed updated with this parcel included.

02/22/2023 – received offer from George W. Vaughn on parcel # 505-14-004 for
$1,891.24.
02/23/2023 – E-mailed Mr. Vaughn a picture showing the size, shape and nature of
the parcel and asked if he wished to proceed.
02/24/2023 -- Mr. Vaughn e-mailed back acknowledging he knew the details of the
 parcel, but would like to revise his earlier offer amount down to $200.00
03/06/2023 – Mailed out notification letters to all immediately adjacent parcel owners.
03/13/2023 -- Received Mr. Vaughn’s revised offer form and funds.
03/17/2023 – Refunded Mr. Vaughn’s earlier bid.
