1am a Phoenix resident in close proximity to this proposed project and | am in support of the
proposed rezoning of Deer Valley Residences.
This new development will be a welcome change to the underutilized land and Arizona is in a
housing crisis. Office buildings are transitioning to being more remote and this development will
fill a need in our community for new high-quality housing. The buildings are well thought out and
the one-story residences and enhanced landscape setback provide a buffer between the
proposed community and the single-family homes to the west.
