Windsor. I support Zoning Case Z-43-20-4 – McDowell Hotel at 12th St & McDowell Road. The building will be located off of the corner of mcdowell (a major street) and our neighborhood. and have little impact on the residence here. A tall building already exists vacant or unused on that lot, and I can only see that residence and local buisnesses would benefit positively from a hotel being located here. Upon investigation the hotel will be located on the corner of a major road (mcdowell) and directly next to Banner hospital where taller buildings already have existed for quite awhile. It is my view that this will have zero negative impact on any residence in the neighborhood, and bring business and revitalization to an otherwise vacant building that is adjacent to our neighborhood and surrounding locally owned businesses.
