LCRD 7-8-21 meeting motion in reference to 
Zoning case Z-22-21-8 
PHO  case 1-21-Z-14-19-8 
Motion to support case as presented with the following added stipulation; 
That the 12 parking spaces on the left and right of the Elliott Road entry, on the north side of the main 
driveway, not be covered and be designated for “guest parking only”, and that the gates for the 
development be at the end of those spaces thereby allowing access to parking for guests without 
entering the complex.
