Sites selected, water budgets built, contracting completed, site monitors selected, GIS Tracker Built Smart Irrigation controller Subsidy Expand existing SRP program that subsidizes the cost of smart irrigation controllers for residential use. Pilot project ongoing, conservation staff have distributed 80 door hangers hung and are returning the week of 5/16/22 to assess if residents who received door hangers were motivated to action, version 2.0 of door hangers created by CEO group and awaiting executive approval A low-income program that includes toilet and professional installation at no cost to customer. SOW to procurement for pilot to operate this program though NGOs, targeting 100 toilets in first year A flat rebate program of $75 for a customer at any income level that purchases and installs low flow toilet. Generated inventory of comparable programs in western US - Most run in-house, very few at scale of PHX Expand number of school visits from 19 to 40.
