Item 75, Rezoning Application Z-62-22-8, is a request to rezone 0.86 acres located
approximately 200 feet east of the northeast corner of 42nd Street and Edgemont Avenue,
from R1-6 (Single-Family Residence District) to R-3 (Multifamily Residence District) to
allow multifamily residential.
The applicant requested the item be continued to the October 4, 2023, City Council
Formal Meeting to allow for additional time to work with the community on the requested
changes to the project.
Staff concurs with this request for continuance.
