park their vehicle at a designated parking
area (corrals), defined by white tape with
parking decals.
Outside the Downtown Core: Riders must
park by locking the vehicle (using the built-in
smart lock) to a bicycle rack or other vertical
element in the right-of-way.
Vendors are proposing a parking plan for 
virtual parking corrals throughout the program
