Bilsten, Michael Johnson, Doug Lingner, *Claude Mattox (arrived late), Peggy Neely, *Tom Simplot (arrived late), Greg Stanton, Vice Mayor Dave Siebert, and Mayor Phil Gordon None Acting City Manager David Cavazos, Acting City Attorney Margaret Wilson, Acting City Clerk Karen Clifford-Anderson, and Planning Director Debra Stark *Mr. Mattox arrived after Item 4 was heard. *Mr. Simplot arrived after Item 1 T was heard. The minutes of this meeting were submitted to Mr. Stanton for review. The items on this agenda were heard in the following order: 1 H, 1A through 1 G and 11 through 1 T, 3, 5, 2, 4, 6, 10, 7, 8, and 9. ITEM 1 RATIFICATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION WITHOUT FURTHER HEARING Planning Director Debra Stark recommended Item 1 H be remanded back to the Planning Commission per the memo dated March 27, 2007. Mayor Gordon confirmed Speaker Comment Cards had not been submitted and there was no one present wishing to speak on those items. MOTION was made by Mr. Siebert, SECONDED by Mrs. Bilsten, that Items 1 A through 1 G and 11 through 1 T be granted per the Planning Commission recommendation. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
