ATTACHMENT E RIV BEND MEOWNERS ASSOCIATION The Riverbend Homeowners Association and its residents are looking forward to having the us. The residents have had a chance to review the plans for the development and we are very pleased with how the landscaping and the development of the building will look. For many years this property has been plagued with illegal dumping from household garbage, furniture, automotive tires, household appliances and many other items. With the development of the Fisher/Vai Headquarters this will put an end to the illegal dumping across the street from our community. The design of the building is of an elegant stylish design which will enhance our community along with increasing the home values within the Riverbend community as well as our neighboring communities. going west to the end of their property line. The small portion of property that connects to the Riverbend property that is located on the northside of Broadway, Fisher Industries has agreed to install a sidewalk and landscaping. The Riverbend Homeowners Association and Fisher Industries have been working together from the beginning of this project. We are looking forward to being great neighbors with one another. The Riverbend HOA approves the changes of the permits and the plans to allow for the Fisher/Vai Headquarters development to take place.
