This memo is to request a continuance of item 95 (Citywide Asbestos and Lead
Abatement Job Order Contracting Services) on the June 2, 2021 Formal Agenda to
June 16, 2021 Formal Agenda. The continuance will allow additional time to address
questions regarding the procurement process outlined by A.R.S 34-604 from a non-
selected proposer.
