This memo corrects an error in associating this item with a G-ordinance. The request for the PUD is a major amendment to the Algodon Center Planned Community District (PCD). An ordinance is not required for the major amendment to this PCD. Only formal action by the City Council is required subject to the staff recommended stipulations.
