This is a request to modify stipulations for a 3.82- acre site located at the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Olympic Drive to allow for an update to previous zoning for the future construction of a medical office building. The request includes modifications to the approval letters for both PHO-1-93--Z-182-87 and PHO-2-06--Z-182-87 regarding general conformance to site plans and a landscape plan, and technical corrections to Stipulation Nos. 1, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 13. Staff has received correspondence from the owner's representative requesting a continuance to the August 28, 2023, City Council meeting so the applicant can address some internal items prior to council ratification. Staff concurs with this request for continuance.
