Councilmember Garcia requested the item be continued to the June 14, 2023 City Council Formal Meeting as a public hearing item to allow Councilmember-Elect Hodge Washington time to learn about the case and engage with the applicant and neighbors to address their concerns. The case will need to be withdrawn to be readvertised for a public hearing on the June 14, 2023, City Council Formal agenda. Staff concurs with this request to withdraw for a continuance.
