IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF MARICOPA IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTMENT OF A COURT COMMISSIONER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2026-094 Pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Arizona, Art. 6, Sec. 24, A.R.S. §12-213, as amended, and Rule 96 of the Rules of the Arizona Supreme Court (RASC), IT IS ORDERED that John Agra is hereby appointed as a Court Commissioner of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, effective July 27, 2026, on a part-time basis, with the working title of "Commissioner." John Agra shall serve one uninterrupted term of service, until retirement, resignation, or termination. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that John Agra shall have all such powers and duties pursuant to law which shall include, but not be limited to, those powers and duties prescribed by A.R.S. §12-213, as amended, and Rule 96, RASC, as amended. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that John Agra is assigned to hear any matter within the purview of this appointment pursuant to law.
