Extend FY2026 contract expiration date from 6/30/2026 to 9/30/2026 to allow for the receipt of and processing of Area Agency on Aging, Region One FY2027 funding in the amount of $524,953. Any subsequent execution of FY2027 service agreement between Maricopa County Human Services and Area Agency on Aging, Region One, Inc. prior to 9/30/2026 will supersede this amendment.
