Bell Textron in the sole manufacturer and training facility that provides physical flight training in addition to flight simulators for both models.This training helps to reduce the exposure to damaging County owned aircraft in training. No other vendors can provide Bell helicopter training. Bell provided quote. Bell Textron is the only vendor that provides training on Bell helicopters. CERTIFICATIONS I certify: 1) I recognize that the Maricopa County Procurement Code requires the use of competitive solicitations unless exempted by law.
