A roadway having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant 
rights, together with additional right-of-way and permanent and temporary easements 
necessary to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as 
designed and constructed by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation. The 
highway is described to-wit:
BEGINNING at the South quarter corner of  Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 1 
West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; Thence South 88°47'10" 
East, for a distance of 1625.38 feet;
Thence North 27°58'35" East, for a distance of 61.60 feet;
Thence North 88°47'10" West, for a distance of 352.90 feet;
Thence South 00°01'43" East, for a distance of 22.00 feet;
Thence North 88°47'10" West, for a distance of 1301.41 feet;
Thence South 00°01'43" East, for a distance of 33.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. 
The highway is known as Bethany Home Road from 127th Avenue to 1625.38 feet East, 
lying in Supervisorial District 4.
The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the 
attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B).
