Dear Mr. Banger: 
 
Town of Gilbert (Gilbert) and Maricopa County (County) are parties to that certain 
Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) dated September 11, 2013, as amended, with an 
expiration date of December 31, 2023. This letter is to confirm Gilbert and County agree to 
terminate the Agreement on April 30, 2023. County’s final Facilities Use Fee payment will be for 
April 2023. County will vacate the Property no later than the date of termination.
