ADDITION OF PERMANENT VEHICLES TO THE ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT FLEET
Action Requested:
Approve a permanent addition to the Elections Department fleet of one (1) – Forklift.  The estimated cost 
is $ 45,185.00 + tax.  Additional costs for operating and maintenance are estimated to be approximately 
$1,600.00 per fiscal year.  Vehicle and operating costs will be absorbed in the Elections Department’s 
operating budget.

The Elections Department requires the use of the forklift for the purpose of providing warehouse 
management. 
A forklift is required to effectively service the Elections warehouse deliveries and logistics.
