Good afternoon, 
  
The Commission has approved your agency's FY27 Cycle 40 DGVCC application for funding. The 
project official listed on the application will receive the grant agreement via DocuSign and be able to 
specify the signatories. The signatories do not need a DocuSign account to sign a document or 
receive an executed copy electronically. The grant agreement will have information on approved 
program line items. Please see the attached document for the award amounts. 
  
The following items are due within 45 days of the project performance period start date (July 1st, 
2026):  
1.     Benchmark Worksheet: This must be submitted through the ACJC Reporting Tool. 
Please contact me if you need access to the reporting tool.  
2.     Program Income- Any agency eligible to receive income as a result of grant-funded 
activities must complete the ACJC Program Income Worksheet in the ACJC Grants Portal 
under the Manage Personnel section. 
3.     Certifications and Assurances by the Chief Executive of the Applicant Government. 
Certification can be obtained at this CEO certification link. I've also attached it. 
4.     Task Force Officer Training- Due within 120 days of award. (Required for Apprehension 
Projects). Certifications are valid for four years from the time of completion.  
5.     Civil Rights Training: The civil rights modules must be completed annually. Please 
confirm that the civil rights training contacts listed on the application are the appropriate 
contacts to complete this training.  
Please note: the Commission will transmit FY27 DGVCC grant funds once an executed grant 
agreement is in place and all the required documents have been submitted. If you have any questions
